Articles and op-ed columns on critical information infrastructure regulation and the protection of financial sector infrastructure. The texts appear in industry media, in Russian, and breakdowns of draft acts go to the Telegram channel.

Recurring topics: the backbone infrastructure of the financial sector outside the requirements for significant CII objects, the secondary regulation under 210-FZ and the anti-fraud package, FSTEC information protection requirements, artificial intelligence in protected systems. The material is built on my own filings: first comments on a draft act on regulation.gov.ru, then an analysis of what the developer accepted and what it rejected.
